Helga Lára is a clinical psychologist with a Masters degree from the University of Reykjavik. She also holds a Masters degree in Social and Occupational Psychology from University of Iceland and B.Sc. in Psychology.

She has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research, surveys and analysis. 2011 – 2017. Helga Lára worked at Maskína, a company which employs various methods of data collection. Helga has been a lecturer at University of Iceland and taught, among other courses, research methods.
