The course aims to empower managers to deal with difficult HR issues through corrective feedback and goal setting. It will also cover what to do when feedback is not effective and how to safely initiate a disciplinary process.
The course will cover difficult personnel issues, their manifestations and definitions, and the manager’s role in resolving them.
Difficult personnel issues can include communication problems, undesirable behavior, management, illness, and more.
Emphasis will be placed on discussions and open dialogue with managers about their challenges regarding human resources and how to address those challenges.
The management team will have the opportunity to discuss examples from their workplace and work with them during the course. A meeting with an Attentus consultant will be offered after the course for further support.
