Leadership training is specifically designed for managers who want to strengthen their leadership skills, whether in general or in relation to specific management issues. The training is tailored to the needs of the group and the company, and focuses on the areas that need strengthening in a calm and nurturing environment.
The training takes place over one or two days, where professional work and discussions merge with games and exercises that strengthen leadership skills and collaboration.
The theme is adapted to each group, and there is the option to choose more than one theme.
