Effective feedback

Research shows that effective feedback has an impact on employee dedication, which delivers multiple benefits to the company in the form of efficiency, better service, fewer quality deviations, and fewer absenteeism.

The aim of the course is to increase managers’ ability to provide effective feedback, whether complimentary or corrective, on the work and behavior of employees. Emphasis will be placed on discussions and open dialogue with managers about their challenges in human resources. Feedback and conversation models based on coaching methodologies will be introduced that make the feedback conversation purposeful and motivating.
