A team is a defined group of people who trust each other, define a common purpose and goals. A team where psychological safety prevails achieves more success than individuals alone. We offer workshops that aim to build psychological safety and dynamic team behavior.
The workshop will focus on developing psychological safety and dynamic team behavior. An Attentus team trainer will review the key elements of effective teamwork and lead the team through challenging questions and exercises that ensure everyone’s participation.
Under the guidance of a team coach, employees define shared values and goals, as well as explore what characterizes the team. This ensures a dynamic team environment where trust reigns, discussions are fearless, and support is available. Participants also find responsibility in shared projects.
At the end of the workshop, a written team agreement will be made. Ongoing support from an Attentus consultant will also be offered.
Duration: The workshop is divided into two parts and takes place over two days, with each day consisting of 3 hours. The consultant will follow up with support in the implementation of the team agreement.
