Jóhann Pétur Fleckenstein

Jóhann works as a consultant at Attentus. Jóhann’s main tasks are salary analysis, equal pay consulting, human resources consulting and measurement.
Jóhann has completed a master’s degree in human resource management and occupational psychology from Reykjavík University and a B.Sc. in psychology from the same school.
He worked as a human resources consultant and later human resources manager at Klettabær (2019-2021) and has worked at Attentus since 2021, where he has handled a variety of projects, including with a focus on salary analysis and job classification.
