Erlendur Stefánsson has joined Attentus – human resources and consulting. Erlendur will be part of Attentus’ equal pay team and will also handle projects in the areas of social responsibility, change management and strategy. Erlendur has good knowledge and experience in the areas of management systems, strategy, audits and certifications. He has worked as a quality and development manager in the seafood sector for years, most recently as Director of Quality at HB Grandi (now Brim), where in addition to quality, he was responsible for managing the company’s strategy and projects in the area of social responsibility. Erlendur is pursuing a master’s degree in Innovation Management at Reykjavík University and has a B.Sc. degree in Food Science from the University of Iceland.
Attentus has worked with over 50 companies and institutions to implement equal pay certification, including Árborg, BYKO, Flensborg, Housing Financing Fund, Icelandair, Íslandsbanki, Landsbankinn, the Icelandic Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Icelandic Safety and Health Administration. Attentus’s consultancy includes assistance with setting up a quality system, job classification, internal audits, equal pay analyses and assistance when an audit is carried out.
