More about Inga Björga and Guðríður
Inga Björg graduated from the University of Iceland and is a lawyer. She has worked for many years in the field of labor law, such as drafting collective agreements, reprimands, dismissals and terminations, as well as human resources management, management training, policy development, salary and equal pay analysis and equality plans. Inga is the chairwoman of the Reykjavík City Wage Committee and a judge in the Social Court, appointed by the Minister of Finance.
Guðríður holds an MA in Leadership and Change Management from EADA Business School and a BA in Spanish and Media Studies from the University of Iceland, a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Iceland’s Continuing Education Department, and Executive Coaching from the Open University of Reykjavík and Coach University. Guðríður is an experienced human resources manager and executive coach and has worked extensively with executives in government in recent years. Guðríður has led strategy projects and held numerous workshops for executives and public sector employees.
