Dominique works as a consultant at Attentus. Dominique´s main tasks are general human resources consulting and equal pay certification.
Dominique holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology from Reykjavik University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Akureyri. She also holds a certification in People Analytics.
Dominique joins Attentus from Wisefish,where she served as Head of HR. Prior to that, she worked at Wise, a sister company of Wisefish as an HR Specialist. She also worked at Tempo as part of an international HR team, supporting HR operations for the Iceland office.
