Hildur works as a psychologist at Attentus. Hildur’s main tasks at the company are psychological services, communication issues, difficult personnel issues, EKKO issues and lectures.
Hildur is a clinical psychologist with an MS degree from Reykjavík University, in addition to having completed a master’s degree in human resource management and occupational psychology from the same school. Hildur has worked as a human resources consultant at Isavia and as a psychologist in the support and counseling team for employees at Landspítali, the Capital Region Health Care and at SÓL Psychology and Medical Services. In her work, Hildur diagnoses and treats psychological problems in adults and uses methods such as “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy” (HAM) and “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy” (ACT). Hildur has attended courses and workshops in ACT and participated in a workshop on fact-finding in EKKO cases.
