Attentus and PayAnalytics have signed a partnership agreement. The goal of the agreement is to offer a solution that better supports companies and organizations in salary analysis. PayAnalytics software is based on a statistical methodology that analyzes salary differences and highlights the changes that need to be made to salary setting to eliminate the gender pay gap in the most cost-effective way. The software will be particularly useful for those companies and organizations that Attentus assists with equal pay certification.
The PayAnalytics solution received the Golden Egg in 2016 and has been in development since 2015.
