VR has awarded fifteen companies the title of Model Company 2019. The companies were selected based on the results of a survey conducted by VR among thousands of employees in the general labor market. Attentus is a model company in the group of small companies, with fewer than 30 employees, along with four others.
The aim of the survey is to gather information about employees’ attitudes towards their workplace, but the survey is also a platform for employees to tell managers what is being done well and what could be done better.
