Companies with 25-49 employees on an annual basis can, according to Act No. 150/2020, choose to obtain an equal pay confirmation issued by the Equality Authority or obtain equal pay certification. Companies or institutions must complete this work no later than December 31, 2022.

Companies requesting equal pay certification must meet certain criteria with the data submitted to the Equal Rights Office. This can be divided into six points:

-Equal pay policy

-Equality plan

-Job classification

-Salary analysis

-Improvement plan

-Summary (management review)
