Equal pay confirmation

Companies that employ 25-49 people on an annual basis can choose to apply for equal pay confirmation, which is provided by the Icelandic Office for Equal Opportunities.

To obtain equal pay confirmation, the following must be in place:

  • Equal pay policy
  • Equality plan
  • Job classification
  • Salary analysis
  • Improvement plan
  • Summary (management review)
