Course objective: To strengthen managers’ ability to provide effective feedback to employees.
Part One: The first part of the course will explore the goals of employee engagement and explore different ways to approach them. Special emphasis will be placed on discussions and open dialogue with managers about their management challenges. The management team will have the opportunity to formulate new goals and implementations, as well as discuss with consultants possible ways to achieve them.
Part Two: The second part of the course will discuss how to best provide employees with effective feedback on their work and behavior. Research shows that effective feedback increases employee engagement, which in turn leads to a variety of benefits for the company, such as increased profits, improved efficiency, improved service, fewer quality deviations, and reduced absenteeism. There will be an emphasis on discussion and open dialogue about the challenges managers face in HR. The group will also have the opportunity to take examples from their own workplace and work with them in the course.
Follow-up: After the course, a meeting with an Attentus consultant will be offered for further support and implementation of new employee interviews.
Duration: 2 x 3 hours.
