Attentus – human resources and consulting, provides services and consulting on everything related to operations based on
the emphasis of human resources management. The service is based on professional knowledge, experience and ambition. We emphasize
simple and effective ways that contribute to operational success and job satisfaction.

Human Resources Audits
Over the past 15 years, Attentus has developed a model for human resources audits. We start with an analysis
and interviews with managers and employees, as well as reviewing human resources data and processes. Attentus
then prepares a status assessment and action plan for companies/organizations and presents proposals for
improvements.

Workplace bullying, harassment and violence (EKKO)
We have extensive experience in handling cases involving workplace bullying, harassment and violence
and are an approved service provider by the Icelandic Occupational Safety and Health Administration in this field. Attentus has assisted
numerous companies and institutions in handling EKKO cases and provided managers with support and advice during
the processing of cases. Among the projects that Attentus specializes in in the field of EKKO
cases are:

  • Implementation and updating of the policy and response plan for EKKO cases
  • Audits in EKKO cases with evaluation and recommendations for action
  • Education and support for managers in EKKO matters
  • Advice and education on EKKO prevention
  • Risk assessment and analysis of workplace culture along with an action plan
