Management reviews allow managers to understand their strengths and weaknesses, as well as identify opportunities for improvement. Attentus’ 360° management review is based on the methods of the CCL (Center of Creative Leadership). In this review, the manager receives feedback from his superior, peers and subordinates, as well as assessing his own performance. This holistic view provides valuable insight into the individual’s strengths and development needs.

Attentus uses the software Qualtrics to conduct 360° assessments. Managers are given access to a personal home area where they can go through self-assessments and evaluate other managers according to the situation. Reports are delivered for each manager, and if desired, a comprehensive report for a management group or team. The reports show a comparison of the assessments of all participants, and the results are summarized. The goal is to shed light on the manager’s strengths and identify opportunities for further improvement.
