The aim of the course is to increase awareness among managers and employees about bullying, harassment and violence in the workplace. The course is divided into two parts: one for managers and one for employees.
For managers, the emphasis is on defining bullying, harassment and violence, discussing the impact of this behavior on the workplace and employees. It then reviews the importance of the role of a manager in the workplace and what managers can do to prevent such behavior by creating a safe work environment and how to receive suggestions and complaints about the behavior in question. It also emphasizes prevention so that managers know and can prevent risk factors that can lead to EKKO behavior.
For employees, the course focuses on the definitions and manifestations of bullying, harassment and violence, and the effects such behavior can have. It also covers how to identify and report such behavior, employee responsibility in the workplace, and how to seek support. The course also emphasizes prevention, including educating employees about the importance of maintaining a positive workplace culture, setting boundaries in communication, and how to respond to unwanted behavior.
The courses aim to promote a healthy and safe working environment for everyone, with a particular emphasis on ensuring that participants are well aware of Regulation No. 1009/2015, prevention and how to reduce the likelihood of bullying, harassment and violence in the workplace.
