Attentus is introducing a new psychological service where workplaces are given the opportunity to provide psychological services for their employees, with a short waiting time for services guaranteed. With this, Attentus wants to meet the growing demand for psychological services in the workplace, as many workplaces have begun to prioritize the mental health of employees in a more decisive manner. In addition to traditional therapeutic interviews, psychologists will also provide guidance to managers, mediation and communication problems in the workplace, as well as offering psychosocial risk assessments in the workplace as well as advice and assessments in EKKO cases.
Attentus offers service agreements with companies for psychological services for employees. Attentus guarantees its companies priority in psychological services.
The service includes, among other things:
- Advice, support and guidance to managers relating to their tasks and also to their own well-being
- Counseling and/or therapy for staff related to issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, and communication issues.
- Advice and support regarding individual issues that arise, e.g. trauma, illness, death, etc.
- Education and lectures on mental disorders and mental health
- Reviews of EKKO cases (bullying, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, violence)
