Attentus consultants have extensive experience in recruitment in both the private and public sectors. The team consists of experienced legal and human resources consultants. The consultancy is tailored to the needs of each company or organization. We do not have candidates on our list, but we help find the right people.
We offer assistance from the initial stages, when assessing the need for recruitment, drafting job advertisements and all the way to the completion of the recruitment. We also provide support in preparing justifications based on applicable labor and administrative law laws if needed, as well as further guidance in communicating with candidates after recruitment.
