Hildur has completed a master´s degree in Human Resources Management and B.S. in Psychology from University of Iceland.

Hildur worked as an Assistant Manager at Fimleikafélaginu Björk, where she handled the company´s day to day operations, human resources, management and strategic planning.

She is a member on the board of the Sport Association of Hafnarfjörður as well as a member on the board of the human resource management at Stjórnvísi, “Administrative Indicator”.
