Hróar has a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Psychology from the University of Reykjavik and a B.Sc. in Psychology from University of Iceland.

He has a broad HR background, worked in the HR department at Síminn, HR Manager at Matís and most recently heading a team of HRBP‘s and Talent Acquisition specialists at Alvotech.

Experienced in management training and support ,conflict resolution change management, developing and implementing processes, procedures and various tools.
